PDS
PDS is an M-Files vault application that gives every new project the same shape. A project template in the vault describes the folders a project of that kind should have and the documents it should start with; PDS turns that template into real folders and real documents in SharePoint.
The problem it solves is drift. Left alone, every project team invents its own folder names and starts from whatever document someone had to hand. A year later nothing can be found twice the same way. PDS makes the structure a piece of vault configuration rather than a habit.
