Section titled “Features”- Share & Open in one step. A new combined action shares a checked-out document with a user and immediately hands them the Office “open” link — collaboration starts in a single click.
- Group-based access control. Co-authoring can now be restricted to specific M-Files user groups, giving administrators a simple way to control who is entitled to use CtrlShare.
- Improved offline handling. Better event handling keeps co-authoring state consistent, including when users are temporarily offline.
