Allow record creation
Let readers add rows to a data table from the viewer. This is only half the permission: each table in Elements.cloud carries its own 'viewers can add records' switch, and the Add button appears only where both say yes. Turning this off is the vault-wide override.
Records are added to
'Draft' writes every new record to the diagram's draft, whichever release the reader has open; the record can then be removed again in Elements.cloud like any other. 'Viewed version' writes it to the release being viewed, and a record written to a published release is permanent - Elements accepts it and reports success, but refuses every later attempt to delete it because a published version is not editable, so neither the reader nor an administrator can take it back out. Choose 'Viewed version' only where that is genuinely wanted.
