CtrlTime configuration
CtrlTime is configured in M-Files Admin, under the vault’s Applications node. Every setting on these pages is generated from the configuration classes in the shipping application, so it describes the version you have rather than the version someone last wrote about.
How the configuration is organised
Section titled “How the configuration is organised”The configuration is in two halves. Time settings describe an individual entry and the workflow it moves through; week settings describe the sheet those entries are collected into. Each has a page under Setting groups in the sidebar.
The screens themselves are not configured here. The week portal and the dashboards are CtrlPortals dashboards, configured in CtrlPortals’ own settings — see Examples.

What each section is for
Section titled “What each section is for”Time object configuration names the object type and class of a time entry, and the properties holding its start, end, hours, employee and week.
Week object configuration names the same for a week, plus the workflow states a week moves through. Moving a week takes its time entries with it, which is what those states are for.
Logging and email come from the M-Files framework rather than from the application itself, and are identical everywhere, so they are documented once at Logging and email.
