CtrlTMS configuration
CtrlTMS is configured in M-Files Admin, under the vault’s Applications node. Every setting on these pages is generated from the configuration classes in the shipping application, so it describes the version you have rather than the version someone last wrote about.
How the configuration is organised
Section titled “How the configuration is organised”Start with General settings for CtrlSync, or with General settings here — the Graph credentials work the same way in both.
Teams and channels share one object type and are separated by class, so their settings sit together rather than in two places. Everything a setting points into has a page under Setting groups in the sidebar.

What each section is for
Section titled “What each section is for”Graph is the connection to Microsoft 365, and the property holding the Graph identifier that lets a second run recognise a team it has already created.
Teams and channels name the object type, the classes, and the properties CtrlTMS writes on each — the name, the description, the members and the owners.
Members maps a Microsoft 365 account to the object representing that person in the vault. Where CtrlSync is also installed, point this at the same object and property its employee configuration uses.
Discovery decides which teams CtrlTMS looks for and what it does when it finds one.
Logging and email come from the M-Files framework rather than from the application itself, and are identical everywhere, so they are documented once at Logging and email.
