Reference model flag
One reference model, and how it should look when it is flagged on an activity box. An activity is attached to reference model *nodes*, and several of those nodes can belong to the same model - two clauses of ISO 9001, say. That is one standard governing the activity in two places, not two standards, so the viewer draws one flag per model and puts every matching node behind it.

Settings
Name
Full name of the reference model, as shown in the diagram legend and when a reader clicks the flag. For example "ISO 9001:2015 Quality management". If the Elements reference model id below is left empty this name is matched against the model name Elements reports, so it has to match exactly in that case.
Short title
The few characters that fit on the flag itself - four or five at most, such as "9001" or "GDPR". The Name is what the pop-up shows.
Colour
Colour of the flag and of its tick on the activity border, as a CSS colour (for example #1f6fb2). Pick something that still reads on a white box at a few pixels; very light colours disappear when the diagram is zoomed out.
Elements reference model ID
Id of the reference model in Elements.cloud. Every node of this model attached to an activity contributes to the same single flag. Leave empty to match on the Name instead - but prefer the id, because renaming the model in Elements then leaves the colours where they are.
