We’re thrilled to announce a release packed with enhancements and fixes to elevate your experience. Here’s what’s new:

New Features

• List View
  • Select multiple rows in a List View to perform bulk metadata operations in the M-Files metadata card.
  • Group rows by a property of your choice.
  • Show View folders inside List Views, and click to navigate into them.
• Dashboard
  • Control dashboard visibility.
  • “Bind” a dashboard to one or more views — or replace the “All” view inside M-Files — letting you reshape many aspects of the M-Files interface.
• Workflow
  • A new workflow Step component for graphical visualization of an object’s workflow status.

Functionality Enhancements

• Calendar
  • Limit display to business days / hours for tighter scheduling control.
  • Use each user’s locale to correctly format and display dates in events and tooltips.
• Enhanced interaction: A loading spinner for list-view filters and a new “save with comment” option for better workflow management.

Bug Fixes

• Workflow state saving: Resolved a “license not allowed” error for read-only users when saving workflow state.
• Header segment: Corrected header-segment image styling to match custom-icon styling.
• List Views: Fixed header sizing, sorting icons “dropping out of the page”, and a page-length setting issue.
• Comments: Fixed errors with mentions in comments.
