CtrlTMS

CtrlTMS is an M-Files vault application that manages Microsoft Teams from the vault. It discovers teams and channels that already exist, creates them as M-Files objects, creates new ones on request, and keeps their members and owners in step with the vault.

Teams sprawl. A tenant accumulates hundreds of them, nobody knows which project each belongs to, and there is no record of who created one or why. CtrlTMS makes the M-Files vault the register: every team is an object, with the metadata, permissions and lifecycle that the rest of the vault already has.

CtrlTMS does not require CtrlSync

CtrlTMS manages the teams; CtrlSync moves the documents. They are often bought together — with PDS, the three are sold as CtrlTeams — but CtrlTMS works on its own, and its Entra ID application is its own. If you are deploying both, one registration can serve both.
