Section titled “Improvements”- Up-front validation. Co-authoring actions now pre-validate their prerequisites, so configuration or permission problems are caught early and reported clearly.
- Conditional email delivery. Email notifications are only attempted when a mail server is configured, avoiding spurious errors in environments that do not use email.
