CtrlProcesses
CtrlProcesses connects an M-Files vault to Elements.cloud, where the organisation’s processes are mapped. It does two things with that connection: it brings the process maps into the vault as objects, and it shows the diagrams inside M-Files, on the object they relate to.
The problem it solves is the gap between a process and the documents that govern it. The process lives in a mapping tool; the controlled documents live in M-Files; nothing links an activity in a diagram to the procedure that describes it. CtrlProcesses makes that link an object reference, so it can be searched, reported on, and put in front of the person doing the work.
